I’ve been thinking about Taco Bell for an hour now. I wanted it yesterday, but went for a healthier option. Today I will have my Taco Bell. Leaving to get it now.
Does this mean you’re doing 72 fasting/24 eating for the rest of the month, then 48/24 through April?
yes. and instead of 24-hour eating window only having 1-hour eating window.
For March I will eat two meals, dinner, on 3/26 and 3/29.
In April I will only eat dinner, every other day.
Holy shit man, that sounds a lot more like a punishment than a means to a goal. Are you trying to break a plateau or catch back up to your original timeline of goals?
Notice any negative side effects from the sustained calorie deficit?
Will activity be cut back during the fasting?
I want to do something different because I’m bored.
On track with the original timeline, need to lose just 22lbs in next 6 weeks. That will make 50lbs lost in 5 months.
Still to fat to start bulking and take more drugs which is what I really want to be doing.
