for me, it’s active recovery and technique work. atg on the squats and pausing in the hole.

Mr. Jones, how do you pick your programming? You seem to alternate between doing multicompound lifts (press/squat/DL), two compounds an an assistance, or go single compound with more assistance.

Do you follow a program or do you just go off your gut/experience?
