22 Weeks to Get as Strong as Possible, Help Structuring Training

Background-
Im 6’1, about 180 lbs. Ive been training for about 2.5 years and my maxes are as follows.
B- 300, S- 415, D- estimated @445

My football team has a board on the wall of our weight room that has the teams all time three best maxes for most of the main lifts, and since im graduating in may i hope to maximize my strength by then. I have about 22 weeks to get as strong as possible. Im aiming for 335 on bench and 475 on squat as those would be the all time record for the team. Ive debated having a hypertrophy centered training period for 8-10 weeks to build a good foundation for new strength(and admittedly to look good for upcoming beach trips), but im not sure if that will allow me enough time to still achieve my strength goals.

Are these goals realistic? How should I structure my training to best achieve these goals? Any program recommendations?

What are your lifts now and where do you fail?

My bench is 300, sticking point is about 2-3 inches off the chest. My squat is 415, almost exclusively fail at the very bottom. Im not too worried about increasing deadlifts, but thats 445.
