Hey,

I just wanted to give Mike Robertson some props for writting such an informative and well thought out article. I am doing the 4 day a week workout and my midsection is hurtin! a couple of questions though. are there any videos for the Full contact twists. or a better description on the Quadruped Navel Draws and the Decline Bench Reverse Crunches.

Thanks for the enthusiasm! Here is a link to Pavel’s article regarding how to perform full-contact twists:

Here is a quick description of the other two:

Quadruped navel draws: Start in an all-fours position. Let the belly sink down and relax. From here, pull the navel in towards the spine. Hold for a second or two, then repeat.

Decline reverse crunches: Lay backwards on a decline bench and grab where your feet would normally go. Place the legs straight out and get the abs tight. From here, pull the legs/roll the hips in towards the face and when you get in close roll the hips/press the legs up in the air. Lower under control to the starting position and repeat.
