i would say get on the gallon of milk a day program. i saw huge gains adding this to my diet. also eat frequently every two to three hours if possible. its not easy but you dont have to eat full blown meals, it could be something simple like an apple with peanut butter. fruit with every meal is also really good. also train with heavy weights 5x5 or 10x3 method. good luck i hope that helps.

Hmmmmm. You look awesome dude. 3 Years of training? What do your cycles look like?
since he is bigger than you and stronger than you he must be on aas huh?[/quote]
yeah no cycles. never took any and dont plan on it. ive been lifting a lot longer then three years however these past three years i feel had the biggest gains in size because of my change to my diet and training programs. i started lifting heavy and eating a lot cleaner then i was before. . .
Look awesome man!!! If i were to nit-pick - back could be wider to get on par with your chest. Great overal, any new leg pics?
withEzz - did you change your routine to get up to 220? I’m currently working on getting up to 220 as well, or did you just add more cals in your diet.
Also do you ramp up with your 5x5 or straight sets?
Thanks.
Was the Barrett just too heavy to hold for more shots or was it the recoil? Didn’t look like it was recoiling at all!
BTW - if I saw you in the gym I’d bet a million you were on the juice. You’re an inspiration to everyone who thinks they need steroids to get that big.
I think I heard Ronnie Coleman say he was natural too… ![]()
AAS or not doesn’t really matter. This guy is huge either way and had to put some serious time and effort into his training and diet. The fact that he is able to hang onto that much mass while doing all that cardio in the military makes it even more impressive. A lot of big guys I know stay away from cardio like the plague. I think that size + 2 mile time is very rare.

ive been eating like crazy , ive been back for a month an a half and i think eating real food has helped a lot. i still get about 200 grams of protein a day (at least) most of it is coming from actual food instead of protein shakes. when i was deployed i lived off of protein, i was having up to 5 protein shakes a day to make up for the food we got over there. im still using 5x5 for my max effort heavy set and from there i go into somewhat regular sets 5x8-10 i still try to go as heavy as possible for each rep. i hope that helps.

the barrett isnt light and its length doesnt make it any easier to hold for long periods of time. as far as the recoil it does recoil pretty good. you have to be soild holding it so the recoil can chamber another round. its worse being next to the person shooting it because its loud as shit and you can feel the shock wave from the rifle.
Hey OP, nice work. You’ve inspired me to work harder and focus more on my weak points. Also, thanks for posting your outline. Though simple, I think it was actually more helpful than a more complex program would have been. I think I may have been over-complicating things in my workouts and sabotaging my own progress. Your approach has obviously worked well and I feel like it could work for me too. I like the heavy weights for low reps idea as well.
You mentioned using 5x5 and 10x3 quite a bit. Do you ever take time off or deload at any point? It seems like week after week of high weight-low rep work would burn you out rather quickly.
Yeah what I think id great is how you manage a solid two mile with those lifts and size. I’m hoping to go out for the ranger regiment when I’m 18 (17 right now) and find it difficult to balance lifting with running. I was running a 5:14 mile, but as my lifts went up, my running went way down. withezz how often do you run to stay in solid running shape? Thanks.

If you think deloading is for pussy you havent been at it for too long or you are too much of a pussy to need it

Thx for the… clarification, jasmincar.
I know I’m way late to this party but that’s a stellar 2-mile time for how thick/strong you are.
Epic bumb. Inspirational, especially to those who have to run medium distance for time.
I enjoyed this bump.
Very fast time on that run. Very fast.
what changes do you make each week
beast homie. One day, one day.
