What do you think made the biggest difference in the progression of your physique?[/quote]
Right now Im pretty light from where I’m usually stay at for weight. I credit a lot of that to the extra running I do. I needed to get lighter on my feet so I started running. Running two to five miles for time really got my weight down quick. I was also hitting the weights really hard especially legs. Training legs and running was tough but I made it work. My next goal would be to get back up to 220 and still be able to run in the low 13’s for a timed 2 mile.
Excellent work, if I can get near those lifts in the next two years i’ll be stoked.
You must be pleased with the wheels concidering all the running your doing.

Have you caught “TEH GHEY”?
I am going to have to say impresive, if 3 years and got those numbers. What kind of program you running there, what rep scheme set scheme. How do you split it upper one day then lower one day or split it up by muscle groups.
If you have been training 3 years, you look pretty insane but your profile says 6 years???
He coulda been training with weights for only 3 years. He is in the military and technically that is training with all the runnin n shit…so that’s a few years there. I’ve been workin out for a long time, but with weights seriosuly for 2 years.
I spent over a year training only muay thai, I spent 1 year not even lifting any weights just doing bodyweight movements burpee’s, BW squats…I ended up doing over a 1000 BW squats…in one sitting. I was like 140lbs and it was done in like gr.10? lol Not very good for building muscle and strength.
