how many times could u do the 405 at the time of this picture?
work on you legs the way you treat your upperbody and then id recommend BB. also, im a bigger fan of the mall police. its a rough training program and you get a whistle after initiation.
Dont want to nitpick too bad but your need to work on your back width, shoulders, and calves if you intend on Competing… good strength but size and strength are not 100% related. If they were Mr Olympia would be one of the strongest powerlifters out there… hes not even close. By a mile.
Lean, big, strong, conditioned!! Nice job. Would luv to see a bit more detail about your diet, carb cycling, low carb??? Would be cool if you could find the time to post that
When he says 10x3 he means 10 sets of 3 reps, correct?

Was the Barrett just too heavy to hold for more shots or was it the recoil? Didn’t look like it was recoiling at all!
BTW - if I saw you in the gym I’d bet a million you were on the juice. You’re an inspiration to everyone who thinks they need steroids to get that big.[/quote]
the barrett isnt light and its length doesnt make it any easier to hold for long periods of time. as far as the recoil it does recoil pretty good. you have to be soild holding it so the recoil can chamber another round. its worse being next to the person shooting it because its loud as shit and you can feel the shock wave from the rifle. Amen, the early ones where even heavier and lugging it around is zero fun…especially when someone is 40 ibs lighter than you and taller. It does do the intended job nicely though:). Excellent work and impressive lifts, kudos on the run time…I don’t think a lot of the non military guys on here get that with that size it isnt an easy feat. Good Job!
nice going man keep up the good work.
