Bump.
Just wondering if anyone new has some taped arms to add to this progress thread…?

Morepain’s needs to start a 20 inch forearm thread lol. That shit is ridiculous!
Amazing thread. Much props to the big guys for posting here, it’s inspirational.
To those who felt they needed to inject their mindless criticism/envy - a nice big “fuck you” for derailing a great thread.

I ain’t posting much normally, I mostly just read, but I can finally join this thread after a very good pump
188 cm tall

and one more
Dude you need to post more often. Tell us who you are, how you train and how you eat.
He trains like Arnold, eats like Arnold and sleeps like Arnold.
True legend in the making.
I remember seeing a post from you in the 18 inch arms thread!!! That must have been what 3 years ago?

Yup. I think it was 2 years ago. I think I was 17 back then. ![]()
Gettnitdone: Yeah for sure
Right now I am doing HSS-100 just for fun, as a 7-split, but mostly I just do a 3-split 6x a week. Some progressive warmup sets and then 20-25 heavy sets a day. 60% are probably big exercises, while the other are iso exercises.
For food, I eat very cheaply since I am student. Mostly milk, some meat, oatmeal, whey, dark wheat etc. 4800 kcal daily, 350g proteins.

This goal is definitely to be able to join this club.
Misterhamper- Nice work, dude. How come when I was in Copenhagen last summer, I didn’t see anyone who was even remotely big? I’m not that big, but I stood out like a sore thumb!
Where do you train?

Thx bro, looking big yourself! Being big isn’t really the thing over here. I think it’s more of an aussie/american thing. Generally, people prefer the very skinny look I would guess - or maybe they are just lazy as phuck. At my school of 750 people, not 1 trains seriously. Even the capital of Denmark only have 1 or 2 serious gym afaik.

It was definitely the land of beautiful people. Blond-ish, blue eyed and fit. No one particularly muscular though. Everyone walks/bikes everywhere, so the population reflects that. The first thing that you notice is the lack of obese “People of WalMart” folks everywhere.
PX: The only way I survived was that I brought 5 lbs of whey and 3 boxes of protein bars, and the fact my customer had a kick ass buffet for lunch every day. And by kick ass I mean all the fresh/smoked/prepared fish you can eat, vegs, cold cuts, prepared meats, etc.
Beyond that, the restaurants are expensive as hell and the portions are for children or midgets. I got a bufsteak at a bufhaus and it was a 10oz sirloin, potatoes, and a beer for $65 US (somehting like 250 kroners). Typical for the restaurants.
Plus, I had to fucking walk everywhere…
huge. it looks like a leg
