20yo male here! How bad is my frame and how i can make it wider (especially bones growth)

Skull?

I think it would be easier just to build some cannonball shoulders.

Current Body weight?

72kg

Thats part of the issueā€¦
How do you compare to the other males in your family? either side.

By chance were any of them late bloomers?

Lifting/exercise history?

No i am the only one ig (the one who looks younger than his age) idk maybe my bad lifestyle ans nutrition effects my growth (bad posture from sitting and playing video games and eating junk food) but now im doing good deep voice beard start grow and in my blood test my testosterone was 547ng/dl anyway i hope am still growing because ik that my dad took me to the doc when i was a kid and he told him that i have slow growth

Heavy lifting over a long time will change how your bones sit in relation to each other. Your frame will literally change to meet the demands. You lift to demand it to change.

So thereā€™s really no reason to think about how your bones sit or look or whatever, right now. It needs time.

Hopefully in all honesty , it doesnā€™t turn into like that one

I suppose what confuses me most is that OP would post pics of himself in a forum centered around muscle power and muscle appearance, looking like a stick and is only concerned about being a wider stick.

The entire thread seems misplaced in ā€œBigger - Stronger - Leanerā€

There is no way this is real.

In all honesty, Iā€™m jealous. Iā€™d give anything to be right where the OP is at 20 years old. If he tried to get as strong as possible and ate a ton of food, in a few years heā€™d be jacked to the gills, and based on his frame, he wouldnā€™t be fat, either. Heā€™d be jacked and strong. He looks just like I did at his age, but I wasnā€™t smart enough to take advantage.

Please learn from my mistakes, @Iblamelog! It has nothing to do with your bones, and everything to do with how much of a savage you decide you want to be.

100% this. Itā€™s why Iā€™m always so willing to share perspective, especially with the younger folks. For every 1000 knuckleheads that comes through the forum and waste our time, there are some gems like @tlgains @creative_name @freshyfresh etc who soak it all in, hit the ground running, and get SO far ahead of their peers.

@Iblamelog I would create a training log here and then take @T3hPwnisher advice.

Are you currently employed and/or are your parents generous with spending money on groceries?
