WTF is was saying if that is you than good job. That is what is said. Try reading it again. I didn’t black it out it just that I never shown it and you have so why all of a sudden would you black it out. I been working out 2 or 1 year right like it says. I never ate right. In fact I lost weight back than to 115 to 135 at the average weight for beginning of freshman year till I gained more weight. So I did not eat or do anything right. I only gained newb gains cause when you start there is more room for improvemnet. Also you are still older and by what I mean’t is in 2 or 3 years I would be bigger. But if that is you I give you props.

Thanks but it not that I do not lisen to them. Like I already showed or gave some prove I could do a backflip. I am fast but please do not take that into consideration. I am not lighting fast and I run like 4.68 soemthing like that. It is very close to 4.7. I have a long tendon in my calves. I am able to jump high it it can store more elastic energy in the calf. They are small just like many brother(not all of them) but if you see them they run fast for this same reason. I was blessed with theis chromsome only being puerto rican.

By small I mean the calves.

You should see my anatomy and physiology professor. He knows more than aynbody about body structure, ATP, glycolysis, aneorobic and areobic respiration, krebs cycle…He is 5’2" has scoliosis real bad and probably weighs 110 if that. Point is spew all the shit you want about ATP, and it will probably be a bunch of bullshit, or stuff copied and pasted off wikipedia and it doesn’t mean a damn thing.

Tell crazy tales and feats that they’ve done or accomplished, the majority of the stories are completely unbelievable, and they have no proof for any of there shit. There are those that boast and there are those that do…If you’re going to claim feats of strength prove it otherwise stfu. I am also not doing anything. I came to this forum for advice on steroids which I do not want to take anymore but I never said I never bragged about till they told me that I was not expericed enough and i said I was. Many of them just saw my profile and started to give me shit about it. That is what happened.
