Ok but a girl are more agile and flexible than guys. It proves that I am physically athletic enough and it does not prove anything its just that I put it on my profile that I am felxible so I mentioned this and nobody belived me. I will post a video. I know people that do more than 315 at 17. I think I get 315 a little more by now. Also thanks for the adivice on cutting cause so far I lost like 5 to 8 pounds and I lift more and still have not gotten weaker. Some freinds of mine does about 315 7 times no joke maybe more. Another does about 315 4 times and another does 275 10 times and the other does like 365 2 times maybe once. I don’t know how you said that someone that comes close. They are all in my grade.
Also the 315 7 times guy can do 225 on incline maybe 15 times or more. Besides your freind who at 17 does big weight cause like I said my school there is like 7 guys at 17 that does 315 including me.
