Ok in my push ups I could do like 75 or 70 strict pushups. I don’t max out till next month since I maxed out like a week ago. Today I did 18 CHINUPS with fairly goood form.
I post a video on box squats with 365 for 3 to 5 rep and I will fuck you up. Also I bench 405 and squat 500. Now that is a rediculous claim. I could do 315 bench 2 times. How much can you do?
