I wonder will they send the new guy? That did the 175? I doubt lu xiaojun will be left home but Su dajin maybe?
They’ve both proved themselves internationally and probably hit over the 211 in training. [/quote]
Presidents cup not tested LOL, standard lol
The new guy is young and I don’t think they will send him. Xiaojun will go as he is the World Champ, has historically done not so great at the Nationals but smashed it at the Worlds the same year, most proven International record, 1st in 2009, 2011, 2nd in 2010 when he didn’t Jerk that well, not sure of Su but the Chinese have 6 slots and apprently he is from the same province as the National Coach. Su has medalled silver and bronze at the Worlds on 2-3 occasions as well. I heard they’ll make some of the 77’s go to the 85s. Lu Young didn’t do that great at the Nationals, he won but didn’t hit a great total relatively speaking. Most would kill for 175/200+
I’m sure all of them have hit over 211 in training when heavier.

I’m sure su dajin has beaten Lu at some point?
I presume lu yong will be going. Its not that strong a class at the moment and a medal is nearly a sure thing.

Their heavier weight classes kinda suck.

Su has beaten Xiaojun at the 2009 Worlds and maybe on another occasion?
Lu Yong has a wrist injury from what I read on another forum. The 85s are weak at the moment. Where is Rybakou? The 77’s Chinese would have beaten the 85’s at the Euros lol.
Not really heard much of any 94+ Chinese lifters…but I saw one at the Olympic test event that did about 170 210 like a cake walk or so.
I don’t think it’s that they suck, it’s just that they don’t dominate like the 56-77 guys. In the 85’s China only has Lu Yong and before Lu Xiaojun and Su and the 2 other guys at this years Chinese Nationals they had the Li Long dude who could Sn but couldn’t CJ. This was at the 2008 Olympic Games.
