Good lifting as usual!
Man… I want to be like you when I grow up :)!

Don’t you walk like 6 miles a day on top of all your training? I think a bit of ‘easy’ training is definitely needed. [/quote]
Yeah no shit, I sit on my fat ass all day and lifting almost kills me.
You the man Harry.
You really have an amazing fitness plan. Or whatever you call it. Swim, throw, walk, climb steps, lift. Simply unbelievable. And, hence, why you look so stellar in your kilt.
“I am Harry MacBubba, of the Clan MacBubba, and I am immortal”
well, i guess if you only deload once every couple years, it can’t be that bad. Glad to see you back, we wuz gettin lonesome
Harry, I love the fact that your “deload” volume still makes me girlymanguy. lol
Thanks Schmidt

Coming from Mr Duncan and you that’s quite a compliment, Joe.
The walk and step climbing ain’t by choice Ms Snap. Must admit though that When I see the shape of some of the carriers with riding routes, obese, I’m glad I have to walk so much.
If only it were true MJ.
You’re doing real good Punny one. So good you out grew your closet.

Both swimming days have finished up well after dark. Weather keeps staying in the upper 60s/lower 70s so haven’t had to head to the indoor pool, yet.
got 8" of snow overnight. Jealous as all get-out.
Only 5" here, but I get to drive down the mountain and get away from it whenever I want.
I swam that far once, up and down the beach one morning (long ago when I lived in Hawaii). Had to make sure I stayed where the surf would get me back in when I was done. Good work Harry.

Today
Cold and wet out, went to the indoor pool, still got the chlorine taste/smell in my nose/mouth
Can’t remember when the kid took the vid above. Sent it to me the other day. Only looks like maybe 345# to me but can’t really tell. I’m using a narrower stance for front squats and a wider one for back recently.
John’s right, my busy time of year, working 10 + hours everyday then going to the gym or river/pool. Not keeping up with anybodies posts, haven’t had the time. I seem to be saying that a lot lately. I’ll try and catch up, see a lot of new people, too.
Ah cold and wet. I dont get the wet, just the cold. Its getting down to the upper 30’s, which is nice, till you have to get up to pee at 0300, then its cold not a lot of fun. Or the walk to the shower area to the shower area to brush teeth and shave at 0600, thats cold too.
Tough to keep up with posts, work 10 hour days and train. Something has to give. Hope you had a great Thanksgiving. I use a narrower stance for front squats as well.
Great training, as always, Harry. I hope the season is treating you well and you don’t have to work too hard.
Hey Harry, great to see you staying on top of it. I’m always impressed at the combination of work and training here.
Good work as usual. Throwing going according to plan?
