60 Day Challenge
30 chins
30 reverse lunges
30 push ups
So after 20 days of this I can see how this might really suck hard in a few weeks.

Well I must have watched dozens of your daedlift videos Joe and that rep at 385 was by far the best one I’ve ever seen. Hips coming up at the same speed as shoulders, nice!
Looks like you might’ve cracked it, well done.

Thanks but I have a feeling this will be a two steps forward, one step back sort of thing. It is progress but I’m betting its just one of a thousand steps still.

Its storming again with that low deep thunder that sounds less like atmospheric disturbance than the wrath of Thor as his chariot rolls accross the sky or perhaps Ursa has turned from his timeless treck among the stars and, growling in his fury, prepares to face Orion who has tracked him for enternity.
There is something so very primal about these storms that remind us how very little we have changed from our ancestors. Only our thin veneer of technology and a facade of civilization, which is perhaps why we lift.
We have no great quest, no Grail to search for and most of us labor with naught to show for it but paperwork and ledger entries. If we have no monsters to strive against then we must create a foe to defeat. We need the epic struggle just as our ancestors did so that our goals become our personal Grendels and St. George our patron Saint. [/quote]
I wore my little leather corset number without pants yesterday. Husband said my ass looked like a caged ferral animal fighting for freedom. I thought you would appreciate the image ![]()
love the writting Joe - keep sharing.

60 Day challenge
31 chins
31 reverse lunges
31 push ups
In a week or so the push ups are going to become work.
I was in class last night and two of the young ladies in my group were complaining that their boyfriends play video games to much, even passingg up on sex. Two very attractive young ladies.
Really?
Has there ever been a point in your life where you thought “Yeah she’s hot but I’d rather play Doom”?
LOL, while I have to say I was a World of Warcraft nerd for a good year, sex in real life would definitely get me off the PC, at least for a little while ![]()

60 Day Challenge
32 chins
32 reverse lunges
32 pushups
Getting this in around my flights to CT. was challenging but got it done. Getting it in around 12 hours of driving will be even more so. I can do the reverse lunges at pit stops, and pushups first thing in the morning but the chins will have to wait until the evening hotel stop.
Back home, exhausted but managed to keep the challenge going on the road
Sat.
33 chins
33 reverse lunges
33 pushups
Sun.
34 chins
34 reverse lunges
34 pushups
Much respect Joe! you kept it going and I took a break
means you’re 3 more days ahead of me now
That part about being loaned to Ronda . . . are you trying to tell us that you’re an escort?
Seems like you’re making a successful transition to sumo. Why can’t I do that? And the choice of shorts did not escape my attention. Now, about the wraps for DLing. Do you like 'em? I’ve never tried it. Psychologically believe that they will cause friction issues. But just maybe I’ll give 'em a try after seeing you using 'em.

I’ve nver pulled with wraps but I’ve been using my sleeves for pull for a while and I feel a lot more stable, with Sumo in particular.
