Joe was a big help and actually drove most of the way. Him and his wife have been extremely helpful to me during this move and I am very thankful to count them as friends. Plus keeping an ‘on loan Joe’ is fun

That part about being loaned to Ronda . . . are you trying to tell us that you’re an escort?

Hey Joe,

When you Deload, are you only deloading your main lift or the assistance stuff as well?

It depends, on the more compound lifts I’ll lower the volume as well on deload weeks. But for things like curls and isolation work I don’t see any point in deloading.

Good job on the sqauts PRs and keeping up with that crazy challenge - how many days does it last?

I’m lovin’ the “crazy challenge” as Frenchie puts it. Are you doing the chins and the pushups all in one go?

Its 60 days long so I should be at 70 reps on everything at the end.

I break up the chins into sets, shorter sets on upper body days and longer ones on non-lifting or lower body days. I don’t think I’ll need to break up the other two exercises, well I’m going to try not to at least.

70 reps! I would need to break that into 3 days…

Great work, Joe! You are blasting through the challenge.

And, as I recall, I got fussed at for doing a similar amount of volume on my “deload”.

Looking strong!

Yeah I bet, I just crammed some days together so I could get them in on a cramped work/school schedule.

38 push ups
