Solid training Joe. I forget, is 325lbs a 20PR over your meet lift?

Its 25 over my life meet.
Not sure if I’ll hit meet depth with it at the meet but we’ll see.

Excellent, you got it Joe.
How’re the wrapping lessons going for your wife? I’m learning on my coach now. Am getting really good at making them really tight.

She can wrap it tighter than I can. Not very quickly but pretty tight.

looking real good. you’ll hit that shit at the meet for sure
Next time you DL try getting a vid from the side. It will show the relationship between shoulders, hips, knees etc. and the bar. Might identify a thing or two.

I can try once the new student rush dies down but that will take a few weeks. Damn place is packed until then.
So I’m really bumping up against my weight limit. I should be okay for the next meet. But I think I’m going to do a short PSMF starting about a week after this meet and drop 8-10lbs quick.
It’s either that or move up a weight class.

I’m dead center between two weight limits - I’m trying to decide if I should try to diet down a class, or add a few to maximize the class I’m in now.

If it we’re me I’d like to float 5-7 pounds below my weight class limit. That way I wouldn’t have to worry about watching what I eat just to make weight.
What sucks is that food makes me stronger but I feel better the lighter I am BUT I feel better about my lifting the bigger I am.
That’s pretty fucked up.
