My sympathies. Good that joy found you today.

Sorry to hear about your friend bro…

Joe-Good squatting brother…what’s your take on the wraps…you like? they help? pain in ass but worth it? And four days in a row…Insane!

Sorry about the kitty…

Have you become accustomed to the wraps now? I know a while back you felt a bit awkward with’em, didnt you?

I still don’t think I’m getting all I can out of the wraps but they are really helpful as I get towards my max with keeping me steady as I walk the weight out.

As long as you take into account the time they add to you lifting I see them as pretty positive. When I learn to use them better I think they’ll be even more useful.

I’m still learning them but I think they are going to be a valuable tool going forward.

Interesting how that can happen when we shift the focus off ourselves. Genuine philanthropy almost always lifts my spirits. Thinking of you today with your biopsy.

Best of luck today Joe.

Had a seizure during the biopsy but I’m fine, its done and I’m home.

Often when I am sedated in any way my blood pressure drops sharply. This time I had a seizure when it happened.

Joe glad you are ok.

As my mom would say “Stop doing that!”

Glad you’re up and around

Thanks guys, I felt like crap last night but I feel a bit better today and I figure by tomorrow I’ll be right as rain, as my grandmother would say.
