great 245 lift I think 250 will be super easy next time you bench. I would bet that in a month you will push that 260 with ease.[/quote]
Next week I’m going to bump it up to 250 and try three singles at that. See how it goes from there.
Hitching at the top of 375, very dissapointing. Now I have a question for you guy. I have four weeks until my meet. Should I just take those and practice my meet lifts or do one more cycle of 5/3/1 doing meet lifts at the end of each day?
Personally - I use the last 3 weeks of training to dial in my openers.
Use the next week to do triples up to what you believe your opener should be and if you can do a triple at that weight all is good. You may even want to try another bump up to see if you get a higher triple.
After that week, I work all three lifts each session and work up to singles at openers and seconds
coming up on 4-5 days out just work up to openers.

Thats pretty close to what I was thinking. I’m all over the place as to what my lifts should be this time so I could use the time.
Lifts are looking good Joe - I have no experience or intelligent advice on pre-comp strategies, but I’ll be following along and pulling for you. Maybe you’ll inspire me to try it.
Sorry to hear about your mom, hoping for the best.
