Felt very weak and unmotivated today, in and out, nothing special.

The 60 day challenge is just sick, I would have to do a 30 day one a couple of times, before trying the full 60 days. And good work otherwise, Joe.

My dad lives in Prattville, he didn’t get it as bad as you guys up there did, but did get a nice deluge, he said.

Because you’re not old. What do you think the 60 day challenge is helping with? Good work and it’s cool that you’re aiming high with going into the nationals.

Glad to hear that you’re ok through all of the storms. There’s not really a sense of it so far away here in Cali but reading posts of people who are actually there kinda brings it to reality.

Very weak effort today, squats were retardedly high on 300/305 thinking more about the wraps than every thing else and not sitting back. I suck at this powerlfiting thing.

You are getting closer to the light on this crazy challenge of yours.

On the squats, how tight do you have your wraps? I didn’t find them much different than sleeves until I used both hands to really crank them down.

Well my lower leg starts to go numb after I wrap them but I have a feeling they are not tight enough.

Sort of, I “feel” like I’m leaning out a bit and I have been getting lots of complements on my arms and shoulders lately.

When the challenge is over I’m going to come up with something similar to try and do for a year to test results further. as long as it doesn’t impede my lifting, of course.
