I can’t imagine the day that this stops being true…

Great work on the 60 day challenge - I started it, but kept forgetting about it, and gave up after a week or so.

Great log - the technical analysis of the finer points of deadlifting is excellent - it’s amazing the depth of knowledge this group has.

60 Day Challenge

39 chins
39 reverse lunges

Good Zerchers. I’m sure Dave Tate will appreciate the free advertising from your knee sleeves. And please tell me you beat the guy doing curls in the rack next to you with a 45lb plate.

60 day challenge

40 chins
40 reverse lunges
40 pushups

Had to travel back and forth to Huntsville si getting this in was a challenge. ON the plus side I hit the half way point.

60 Day Challenga

41 chins
41 reserve lunges
41 push ups

41 chins… ug

41 Chins= Outstanding.

60 Day Challenge

42 chins
42 reverse lunges
42 pushups

Just to be clear, I am doing the chins in sets.

Way to go with the 60 day challenge. Seeing any changes?

I have had some people comment on my shoulders and arms getting bigger and I feel “thicker” if that makes any sense.

After this thig is done I’m going to wrok up another sort of challenge based on chins and pushups.

Right now I think the lunges do nothing but annoy my knee.

The weather is beautiful here, in the low 80’s, and all of the lovely ladies have broken out the short skirts and sundresses. The sun tan area at the gym is full of bikinis and once again winter is gone and all is right with the world.

Hopefully the rising test levels will result in DL PR’s.
