I don’t think so. I think he has a tendency towards playing soft and always has. He CAN rise up and play tough ball but you have to practically goad him into it. He can be as frustrating as hell to watch when he reverts to his European style of play. The Celts will eat that stuff up in the playoffs if he doesn’t start manning up.

That’s a fair criticism, but I think he gets pretty tuned-in when there’s 1 minute left. He just gets bored at times when he’s playing 40min/game.
Boy, the Raptors have lost 12 straight now and Cavs 20 straight.
Who do you guys think will win this race to the bottom?
Anyone else read Durant call Bosh a fake tough guy because he’s on a good team now.

Euro style ball is why Gasol is regarded as the most skilled big man in the NBA. I don’t know how many shot attempts Gasol had but he has the potential to kill you on offense if he gets rolling early. I think I know what you mean by tough, like turning it UP when it’s necessary i.e when your team needs you. Right now he hasn’t got that urgent, baller, ‘Imma score on you’ mentality even though I keep hearing him say in post-game chats how the team needs to ‘step up.’

Who cares but the two main men on both those teams last year are playing on the same team this year. LBJ for MVP?

Wow, the Wizards are 0-24 on the road and aren’t even in the conversation for worst team in the league.
Ladies and Gentlemen, the 2010-2011 NBA Season!!!

Yeah, it was in the paper here. Doesn’t surprise me.

LOL pretty much.
Prediction: Cleveland will win the race to the bottom, but on the way they will still get a win against us.

Did Bosh do something when they played against each other last week?
Bosh played on a pretty soft team overall last year. The big man sharing the paint with him was named Andrea and had big eyelashes. How can someone play tough when his boys look like they might have navel-rings? ![]()
But seriously, that might be true. I think Kevin Garnett is a fake tough guy, too, and that side of him got so much worse when he got to Boston.

Dude. Washington’s next road game is at Cleveland, Feb. 13. If Cleveland doesn’t win before then, they will go into that game with a 27-game losing streak vs. the Wizards who are 0-24 on the road.
Is there some way they can both lose??
Dear god, I just looked at the Cavs’ schedule. Their last win was in OVERTIME, and they lost TEN STRAIGHT before that.
THEY HAVE NOT WON IN REGULATION SINCE NOVEMBER 27.

The best part of it is Chuck making fun of KG and the other fake tough guys in the league.
so Ron Artest wants out of LA:
What do you guys think?

Wouldn’t be surprised if it’s true or if it isn’t.

I’d be a little annoyed, but then again he took a pay cut, and allowed his role to be marginalized to get on the Lakers, I believe.
He honestly might be the least valuable well known player on the Lake Show, though. He’s having career lows, comes with drama, and has a couple of years left on his contract.
^ guys, it’s not true.
So Dwight Howard decides to mimic LeBron James’ pre-game antics with his team.
The result: LeBron single-handedly whooping their asses as I type this.
Man what a close game there, you’d never have figured in the 3rd. Anderson had a chance but just hit the back of the iron. They should have given it to Redick but hey semantics. Heat I think “deserved” to win this game based on their play, or should I say LeBron’s play the entire game. Mad props to James, highest scoring game this season.
