My Giants are fucked. Not one receiver worth a shit.

I’m worried.

However, the defense is going to be fucking impregnable.
I have been thanking Buddha, Allah, Jesus, and Joe Pesci every night that we don’t play NYG this year with a healthy Osi. I prefer it when they keep 7 out of the hospital.

Also a Cowboys fan… so very excited that football is almost here. I have watched every damn sport I could trying vainly to fill the void that the lack of football has placed in my soul… and now we have arrived at the threshold of epic…

Dude I found myself getting fired up over a dog show a few weeks ago. Rooting for the Kerry Blue Terrier to take the whole show, calling bullshit when he lost…

Yeah, I’m very ready for football.
Tell me about it… I took the boys to a park where some church league softballers were playing, didn’t know either church or any member of any team, but found myself getting into the game just because the air has changed, slightly, only true football fans can sense it… that tingle begins up your spine, your team’s colors start appearing everywhere… you make the people in your office pissed off because you are talking about footage you saw of mandatory and about how so and so did this, or how you think they will perform in pads, or if the pickup you got in the draft was worth what was traded for that spot… oh my god I’m so freaking ready

and yeah I watched a ping pong match late night on tv not too long ago… watched junior college female soccer (though not so much for the competiveness), even watched televised poker!!!

Like I said McNabb the choker will get hurt as he always does and those 2 L’s will hurt them. They are capable of making it but it all has to fall in place.
Like I said you have to dethrone the NFC East champs to before you can claim that title.
But who knocked the Giants out off the playoffs? Our Record with the Giants last year was 2-1.

Thank the lord jesus for football. Cowboys rule. Good luck to Buffalo fans, you are going to need it. I never understand why people put T.O. on a pedestal. Does he have a ring? Has he ever elevated his TEAM to a level of elite status? His stats are great but he is a cancer to the team concept. I hate the Eagles but McNabb is a true professional and even he couldn’t stand T.O.

I know the Boys will have to show it on the field but I have been a fan through a lot of 5-11 seasons. I predict the Chargers and Cowboys in the SB. Pats defense will let them down. Big Ben will get hurt this year with that questionable front 5. Cards were one hit wonder. How about them Cowboys.

A few predicitions if I may.

 • Matt Cassell will show he is a product of the system and the Chiefs will have Tyler Thigpen under center.
 • Mike Vick will remain unsigned , teams will realize that he wasnt that good before he went to jail to deal with all the other bullshit.
 • Sage Rosenfels will win the QB job in Minny and have an excellent year. In fact he will connect with Vicente Shaincoe for ovber 10 TDs
 • Jerramy Stevens will outplay Kellen Winslow due to injuries.
 • Pierre Thomas, will make Reggie Bush become an afterthought.
 • Fred taylor will have a resurgance.
 • Josh Morgan will have a breakout year.
 • Larry Johnson will have over 15 TDs
 • The giants will struggle to be 500 team this year.

LETS GO JETS!

I agree, I watched his show and in the beginning it says something to the effect of most of you no me as an unstoppable force in football, I was like really?

I agree with Fred Taylor having a good year. Ala’ Corey Dillon. Especially if Mulroney is healthy.

My problem with football is I can’t let shit go.Losses from years ago still get me worked up. Neil O’Donnell you cunt! Blocked punt against the chiefs when Joe Montana was their QB. All they had to do was get off a descent punt and get into the playoffs.I still want to punch that guy in the face.

All the AFC championship games they lost. I’m a bear to live with after a loss for a couple of days. I don’t care if the Steelers are thirty points ahead with two minutes to go…don’t let them score to fuck up your stats etc. If they win I can’t wait for the hi-light shows. They lose, I want to stomp baby kittens. It’s a sickness.

I’m so ready I actually watched some CFL the other night.

Even thought I’m supposed to loath all the other teams in the leauge I would like to see The Vikings do well this year. That franchise is due. And I really like this Harvin dude.

Anyone going to any games this year? I’m going on a bus tour to Detroit this fall with some friends and my son on Oct 11. Never been to Ford Field before and my boy has never been to a game before.

Gonna see my Jets play in Tampa this year

Just moved to Houston and would like to go see the Texans play. My fater-in-law is a big Texans fan.
Bond james bond: you are not alone I am the same way about my boys. My family never calls for at least 3 days after the boys lose and my wife gives me shit cause she knows it bothers me. I fucking hate the Monday after the boys lose, dont even want to come to work.

And more importantly, Jim Johnson. He was the man.

go lions…

Hahaha! The Lions are doomed. They have high picks year after year, but all but like 2 have been busts over the last 10 years.

The Giants didn’t exactly have great receivers last year, either. It could be argued that they might have better receivers now with Nicks and Barden. With their defense, I think they will have enough to be a Super Bowl team. I’m not saying they will be, but they definately can.

Whatever. 3 more Super Bowl victories than the Eagles have. Better fans too… we don’t kill puppies and berate players over their dead children.

it’s alright, were gonna beat the gaints again this year, and win a SB

I predict that my Redskins will do well early in the season, but their over-reliance on Portis will be their undoing when he eventually and inevitably gets injured. Jason Campbell will continue to play above average, but will once again prove that he isn’t a Superbowl quarterback (can’t pull off a 4th quarter comeback to save his ass). Colt Brennan will get to start a few games one way or another.
all you Eagles fans are so delusional. Have you ever won a SB? yet, you all talk so much shit.

As a skins fan at least I can admit we’ve sucked for the past 18 yrs or so, and we aren’t going to win another for quite some time.

Yeah Liv92 they sure are, yeah right. You mean Donovan is gonna choke and get tired like in his last superbowl, he did not eat his chunky soup before the game. Quit being a homer and be a realist, yeah there good but they really do not have a #1 WR and also they have lost their DC.

Its gonna be between the Giants and Americas Team for the NFC East. Sorry but McNabb is past his prime but still good. Him and Westbrook always get injured at least out for 2 games a year. The Giants are in control of this Division until someone snatches it away. Yeah they knocked the Giants out last year woo-hoo, who knocked them out.

You and I both know that Division games can always go either which way no matter what the record is. Is this not why division games are hard to decipher. Look at Miami last year against NE. Who in here agrees?

Agreed. They see each other too many times, and especially teams from the NFC East- which is easily the most brutal division in football. They spend so much time beating the shit out of each other it’s a wonder they play the other 10 games.
