ALright lads, the season is started. My fantasy picks seem to have bombed a bit, but my Giants kicked ass today. Looks like a good year for New York!

By your standards, the 49ers are gonna meet them in the playoffs!!!
I am a 9ers fan and was pleasantly surprised yesterday.
But the biggest shock is the Miami Dolphins. They looked spectacular against a generally good Denver team.

I was most shocked by the Cowboys’ performance yesterday against SD. I had prepared myself for a Charger rout. But Bledsoe and Co. came out and actually showed signs of an offense.
Thank God Quincy Carter and Vinnie Testaverde are gone.
And I think the Cowboys have a real jewel in the making in their rookie OLB DeMarcus Ware.

I’m shocked by your response!!!![]()
I actually put a few pesos on the Boys yesterday. San Diego had a dream year last year and won’t repeat it this year. I was, however, suprised by the complete lack of decent football shown by the NFC. Granted, two of the best teams are playinf tonight, but good gracious, that was alot of bad football.
If the NFC North played in the big 12 or SEC—would they win either division?

No college team would ever beat an NFL team.

I had mixed feelings about SD. To go from sorry to great in one year with relatively similar rosters in each year seemed like a fluke. I think it was. Now when your Boys’ offense meets my Skins’ defense their true colors will show; however, if they score even one touchdown they will win. LOL. Skins’ offense SUCKS (except Portis).

I was kidding ya know.
Sarcasm???
How bout those Colts? It sure could be thier year. Love him or hate him (how could you hate him?) Manning is the man. I can't think of a single player who is more entertaining to watch, except maybe Farve in his prime. But an MVP QB and high octane offense doesn't win championships. Watching them Sunday night, I can't say their defense was that bad. Of course any given team can win any given day, there are maybe two or three teams in the NFL as good as the Colts.

I know. I just have frustration left over from a recent conversation of this very topic.
are you kidding me? their defense wasn’t that bad? of course it wasn’t that bad because it was great.

hahaha. Keep hopin man. The Dolphins were the same way back in the day, high powered offense and a defense that looked unfit for a PAL league. Yet, the Colts have a shot, as long as theyre healthy.
The Dolphins surprised the hell out of me this week. I didn’t think that a Ricky-less team would do that well.
Watching the Monday Night game, my fantasy football hopes are on Michael Vick’s shoulders…

I’ve had same discussion.
BUT, if it were EVER gonna happen
NFC North vs USC --hhmmmmmmm…
or even Texas–wow I couldn’t believe their team speed. And they’d have the best athlete on the field. Even Mack Brown can’t screw this team up. Nat’l champs baby!

I’m glad the chiefs won, but I felt kind of bad cheering/laughing every time Chad dropped the ball. Its like the guilt I get from laughing at special olympic boxing.
My Dolphins did great, if we keep playing ball like this, and lessen the turnovers, once Ricky returns it should one hell of a season.
Bills won.
Irish won.
Good weekend.

If Bledsoe has to throw any more than he did, the Cowboys will be in trouble.
If they can limit his pass attempts to 15 per game and run the ball, they may do well.
