You on the other hand, have no pictures, have been training 8 months and weigh less than 140lbs no doubt skinny-fat (please post pictures and prove me wrong). So you’ve contradicted yourself there.
You tell me not to talk before I know the whole story. Yet you don’t realize my thread exists and disproves all your comments. So you have again failed and contradicted yourself there.
And then, you insult my body fat level and my muscle mass level directly, when you yourself have far less muscle and have no doubt higher body fat than I do. So again, you have failed and contradicted yourself.
Please again I say, defend yourself for all the contradictions you have made.
