20 Weeks From 1st Meet This Year

20 weeks out from my first meet this year, USPF Military Nationals. Last year was a bit disappointing and I hope to improve my total by at least 75lbs. My plan is to use the next 7 weeks to pound my weaknesses and get into overall decent shape. I do not want to be cutting down from 232 the wednsday before the meet. I will transition into Dr Squats 80 day program after the 7 weeks.

Any suggestions, especially about Hatfields program, would be greatly appreciated. I am unsure about assitance movements and the 120% overloads on this program.
