What’s up everybody. Figured I’d make a training log for my next meet in July. I compete in Raw with wraps. For record I’ve taken around 6 months off from my last meet with maybe 1-2 workouts a week, I’m weak as hell but ready to get my GPP up and get ready for the platform come meet day.
