Road to the Next Meet

What’s up everybody. Figured I’d make a training log for my next meet in July. I compete in Raw with wraps. For record I’ve taken around 6 months off from my last meet with maybe 1-2 workouts a week, I’m weak as hell but ready to get my GPP up and get ready for the platform come meet day.

Again just trying to improve some GPP running basic 531 template for a few weeks here. Things went really well with this workout. BW lunges will lead to a SSB Lunge in about 3 weeks.
