Bench went very smooth, could have probably squeezed out a set of fifteen. I’ll know for next week. Hadn’t done any overhead in months, let alone train on the log. It was fun to get back into, but my weakness really showed. I forgot how sore my abs get after training on the log, too. Good day though.
