20 Rep Breathing Squat Program

Can anyone link me to the 6 week program of this… I can’t seem to find it anywhere…thanks in advance

The very first link under google when I typed in “20 rep squat program” was this…

It claims to add 20 pounds of muscle in 8 weeks.

Consolidated training(ie short and sweet) plus first time big eating for a young trainee can do wonderful things. Hell maybe if people thought about doing that their whole career we might be onto something.
