When I’m in a really hard training period, I will sometimes do a morning and evening workout. Is 2 label doses of Micro-PA (1 before each workout) too much?
Your question would be better asked in the dedicated Micro-PA forum.
But yes, it would be overkill to take it twice a day. If you’re doing 2-a-day sessions, take Micro-PA before the higher volume or more “bodybuilding”-type workout to get the most out of it.
