2 Day/Week 5s Pro with BBB Variations

Hi,

I need a bit of help with a new template and BBB variation progressions…
I’ve been trying to create a 2 day/week template spread over 6 weeks (no deload week after 6th).

It currently looks like this:

Week 1 - Day 1
Main: Squat - 5s Pro
Supplemental: DB Shoulder Press - BBB
Assistance: Push, Pull, Single Leg (25-50 reps each)

Week 1 - Day 2
Main: Bench Press - 5s Pro
Supplemental: DB Straight Leg Deadlift - BBB
Assistance: Push, Pull, Core (25-50 reps each)

Week 2 - Day 1
Main: Trapbar Deadlift - 5s Pro
Supplemental: DB Bench Press - BBB
Assistance: Push, Pull, Single Leg (25-50 reps each)

Week 2 - Day 2
Main: Push Press - 5s Pro
Supplemental: Front Squat - BBB
Assistance: Push, Pull, Core (25-50 reps each)

And that x 3 = 6 weeks…

On the days I dont lift, I do BJJ (3/4x a week) and 20/30 minute incline walks (2x a week)

I want to use BBB since I gernerally like the lower % but higher volume work, but wanted to try it out with variations of the big 4. However, since I am using variations for the main BBB supplemental work, I was wondering how I progress weight on these lifts. I’ve read how you shouldn’t base (for example) your front squat BBB weight on your regular squat TM, but rather try to find a good TM for the BBB variation lift. But even if I find a TM for the front squat, what would be a good way to increase this weight per cycle, simply add 5kg to the TM like the regular 531 progression?

Any suggestions that could improve the template would also be very very much appreciated.
