2-Day Split, 12-Hour Rotating Shift Work

Need input, I work a 12hour rotating shift. So I came up with a two day split. Day 1 is deadlift, barbell row and bench press. Day 2 is squat, shoulder press and lat pull down. I think reps and weight can change a cordingly to what I want to achieve. Wworkouts will be before work on with just BCAA
