2 a day Workouts...

I am currently doing the Mag-10 cycle (part 2, GSP) and I am working out 2 times per day. Would it be more benficial for me to take Mag-10 twice perday, or stick with the recommended one-a-day rule? I just want to make sure I am getting the best out of my workouts. This stuff is great!

Once per day is fine. Many have tried two serving a day with good results. Many have also come to the conclusion that 1.5 is optimal. I like 1.5.
