Hi Coach, I just started to get back into the gym after about a year off and decided to do split training days - one day is quad dominant then chest, next day is glute/ham dominant then back, then 1 day off - what would be an appropriate or sufficient amount of time between the two body parts, is 4 hours enough? for example i went this morning and did chest finished at 1130am would going back to do quads at 330pm be enough time to recuperate?
