Hmmm… I was thinking about one foot elevated glute bridges or BSS, but okay, we can do that. Hopefully I jump back on the wagon tomorrow.

By all means, you should add what you want to add to your complex. We are all far more likely to do what we want to do…and without the “do” we got nothing!

Cool training. You seem to be liking the landmine exercises. Makes me think I should be doing them. Over on my thread you asked if I was taking anything for my joints. I don’t take anything. Have you had luck with any supplements and pain relief?

The landmine obsession is due to a lack of equipment ie rack, benches etc so we are making due… but its been good, I needed to move more.

I take Foxtrot from REDCON1. Seems to help- overall soreness and stiffness are better…will it cure anything? probably not but improve things? possibly.
