Cool training. You seem to be liking the landmine exercises. Makes me think I should be doing them. Over on my thread you asked if I was taking anything for my joints. I don’t take anything. Have you had luck with any supplements and pain relief?
The landmine obsession is due to a lack of equipment ie rack, benches etc so we are making due… but its been good, I needed to move more.
I take Foxtrot from REDCON1. Seems to help- overall soreness and stiffness are better…will it cure anything? probably not but improve things? possibly.
