Messed around with the Landmine trying to see what I could do in terms of a Y press and side lateral. I am going to start with just a 25lb bar for few sessions to help my repaired shoulder come along.
Now the fun part

Crip- on you tube there is a video by Luka Hocevar called “30 landmine exercises for strength and power”…Lots of ideas, some may be helpful to you. The cool part is the video is only 4.5 min…so even I didn’t lose interest!
