Happy Birthday!!!

Happy birthday. You can probably pass for 42 from those workouts.

First of all…damn. That was a workout. Second, happy birthday, and here’s to many more.

Happy Birthday and many more to come. Guess you’d call it a superstition but I always like to start off New Years and birthdays the way I want the rest of the year to go. Always try to hit the gyms on those day. Enjoy.

A Superman workout shirt would be a fitting birthday present.

A day late, but Happy Birthday to Mr. “sexxy!”!!!

I think you are going to like it. I did a webinar at work yesterday. The topic was heart health for first responders. One of the presenters was a trainer for firemen. He said pulling and pushing exercises such as sled work are great. The build strength and cardio.

Loaded one of our company vans with furniture to continue the move…Hot and humid… my son helped and then we fell into the pool for 20 min…

Trap bar DL… wasn’t feeling it so I worked up to a single at 410 and then did 2 back off sets 5x325… Back and hips tight and tired from moving furniture.

Walking Lunges 4x10sidex40s.

I did bump to 40s on walking lunges I’ll stay there for a session or two more and bump again.

I just moved most of my weights and bar from storage to my basement. Previous owner left me a Marcy multi gym, some old school weights and a bench that I need to post a pic of…I think I starting lifting on one of these things…but if a new pandemic hits I have some stuff to keep on keeping’ with.
