I think you are going to like it. I did a webinar at work yesterday. The topic was heart health for first responders. One of the presenters was a trainer for firemen. He said pulling and pushing exercises such as sled work are great. The build strength and cardio.
Trap bar DL… wasn’t feeling it so I worked up to a single at 410 and then did 2 back off sets 5x325… Back and hips tight and tired from moving furniture.

I did bump to 40s on walking lunges I’ll stay there for a session or two more and bump again.
I just moved most of my weights and bar from storage to my basement. Previous owner left me a Marcy multi gym, some old school weights and a bench that I need to post a pic of…I think I starting lifting on one of these things…but if a new pandemic hits I have some stuff to keep on keeping’ with.
