Crip= just bidding my time until the Rogue sled arrives…ordered it last night with the plastic skis…I move this weekend so it should get delivered to the new shack early next week

Happy with incline will move to 8 reps, Pendlays I seem to have flattened out on so I will swap them out for another row version, all in all not too shabby

Have to avoid the midday heat and strip some wallpaper…yeah me !
