Have I ever to told you how much a loathe indoor cardio… even though its probably the most important thing for me to do…so boring…

My wife and I started no bread, cookies, crackers, chips for the month of March…neither one of us is a big consumer but it’s a good discipline challenge.

Next month its going to be no dairy and a 25% reduction in beer consumption ( for me, Mrs doesn’t drink). I don’t want Steve being the only sexy man in New England!

could feel a little pulling on the scar tissue… nothing bad…overall felt pretty good…took more time between sets than usual.

Great to have chins back in the line-up didn’t push it want to see how tomorrow feels after that stretch…but felt fine during…CGBP was lame, but OHP was OK…go figure!

I felt real good on Pendlays until 165…then it was like I added 100lbs instead of 10…
