Indoor stationary cardio is the worst, but I must say breaking it up and creating a little medley makes its tolerable…I wish the Tmill and Bike were closer to the cable machines and DB’s so I could incorporate it more. But a good hour of movement today.
You have to be fully recovered with that workout. If not…
