Hey bro when lieing about your lifts make sure you do it properly! I have never seen anybodies INCLINE bench higher then there regular bench. [/quote]
I remember a German guy who trained at the same gym as me and he could Incline more than flat - a lot more - i found it really weird too lol.

I find that odd, only thing i can think of is maybe he was just used to doing incline and felt more comfortable going heavier on it then flat bench.

thats the first thing that struck me…somethign is wrong if this is the case

whats wrong? He might just do incline more therefore he is stronger in that lift?
I’ve seen guys front squat more than they can back squat and back squat more than they can deadlift. So, someone with extremely stronger shouolders vs chest could easily pull off a strong incline. I haven’t seen it though. The closest I’ve seen is someone inclining on 10lb less than they flat bench.
Seriously though…the OP looks like the next generation Columbine killer…

Up until recently the difference between my back squat and deadlift was pretty drastic, at one point I could squat about 100 lbs more than DL. Then I went back and focused a little more on the DL, the difference now is about 35-40 lbs. Just better and more comfortable in the squat I guess.
thanks for all the suggestions, in fact I already started to workout on compound exercises and trying to fix up my diet. I really apreciate it.
and sorry yes I made a mistake where I said Incline feet higher than head I meant the decline, and that is the one I wanted to say on my stats. I am going to change it right now.(I apologize English is not my first language)but I wish I could incline more than flat.Sorry if that ledded to a confusions.
About the squats I was wondering Do i have to do it freeweights or I can use that kind of weight rack that you have to rotate the bar in order to release it?
thanks very much this is being very helpful

Front squats in the smith machine are great try em out some time. Just use free weights and machine and find what you actually “Feel” works best. Then just eat and get stronger in whatever rep ranges you choose.
Chiming in as a fellow beginner. The only basics you need, ones I’ve been following and making gains on, are:
- Lift hard.
It’s not enough to go to the gym and go through the motions. Bring a log book and make sure you’re always trying to beat you previous lifts. Start every session with a compound (squat, deadlift, bench, or overhead press) and go from there.
- Eat! a lot. Keep most of it clean but don’t be afraid to have some good stuff from time to time.
That’s it. I’d start a training log on TMuscle if you really want something to help you stay motivated. I started one just a little while ago. I used to have one on BB.com but I couldn’t stand the kids on that site so I made the switch, really glad I did.
