19 Years Old, 105kg.

You have an impressive build young man. Keep up the good work and we’ll see you make it to the big time some day in either arena you choose

Thats why the germanics beat the Romans finally- this guy here. All the talk of Roman centurions and legions, we forget that on average they were like 5 feet 4 inches tall. Germanics came in much taller and heavier and I’m sure this guy’s ancestors were responsible for defeating the Romans at Arausio in 105 a.d.

In other words, lookin uuuuuge bro.

God damn Europeans You guys are so big to begin with then add weights and the beast appear. Wish I could have your development Im 20 only lifted seriously for a year now though. Great motivation

I know what everyone here in their head is thinking natural or not?

I’m actually thinking “Why don’t people read threads before they post?”

That is not true, the Romans depended heavily on aux troops from places like germania … and there was the problem. They trained up some of the german princes in all the ways of rome, including battle tactics, trying to romanise them, and then, the germans used all that against them and defeated them.

But yeah the romans were small and the europeans were larger generally.

How is the OP doing now?

Greetings from Finland. Pretty massive physique.

I don’t usually surf around “rate my physique” forum. This time I did, and managed to find two threads where some 19/20 olds post really impressive results and someone then starts to blaim them for AAS. The whole thread turns into a debate. Actually every fucking single time when someone has great results.

Personally I have nothing against steroids as such, but I would never use them. And as some author here wrote, they’re like a joker card what you can play whenever you want. Some have to play it to be the biggest/strongest guy in their town, some have to play it to win Mr. Olympia. It’s the overall training, food, rest, genetics and most importantly your personal hurry to see results which determine when you have to play your card.

That is a ten four the guy is definitely quite a specimen for a 19 year old weight lifter. Keep up the good work!

Impressive physique
But, considering what you are saying here, i sincerely hope you choose either competing in WPO or in bodybuilding and not the IPF. IPF is trying to change the premises for the drug free athlete. Hopefully it might lead somewhere…

That being said; i am not trying to bash your talent, it is obviously there.

East Europe or not, we have plenty of skinny ppl, but not so much fat ppl, thats because of the different diet from the West I think. And there is steroid abuse all around the world I think its even higher in USA than in Russia.

Ok to be honest i finishing my 3d cycle only… i can say I used steroids only the last half a year, from my 5 year more or less intense lifting. And really if i would tell how much i used it, the real lifters would laugh at me…

I will post some of my photos when i was 16 and 17… u will get the point then. the base build and proportions were very the same…

And what i did understand, and I think i am totally right with it is, that real bodybuilding or powerlifting or any heavy ass lifting sports are all with artificial enhancements, there is no way to get a competitive level without steroids nowadays…

And stop bullshiting natural or no. No one lives my own life except me. And it is only for me to decide weather to cross the line from being natural and healthy man who do sports, to the competitive level lifter…
they love the dbol over there in europe

holy cow man!

You inspire me to eat and be BIG. Great work, I hope when I have been lifting for six years like you have I’ll have your development.
seriously, same. I’ve never looked at this forum before till I was surfing today and wow, you are HUGE and those are some very strong numbers. I’m 20 and hope to be that strong in a couple years.

Don’t go with the bodybuilding BS, with your age, strength and hard training you can easily be a competitive powerlifter.

What is your training routine like? I think many are interested to hear

Nice work! You bring pride to Eastern Europe. Very impressive! I live in Sofia, Bulgaria and here also bodybuilding is a way of life. Congratulations!!!
