For 19 YOUR HUGE. Im 20, this gives me motivatio. If you dont mind me asking whats your routine? What do you do for cardio to keep in shape while still holdin tha mass you have?
Im sure his routine looks something like this:

 1. Lift some really heavy weights.
 2. Eat.

This guy’s physique is a testament to the values of lifting heavy ass weights day in and day out.

That is correct, i lift heavy all the time, squats, deadlifts, benches, i go heavy hands too, but i suspect that training bis and tris heavy doesn’t make them very big… so I started to train them the pumping way, needs some time to see what happens… I get plenty of rest in my life, i sleep approx ~12h… tho i don’t concentrate so much on eating in summer.

Thanks guys!

Yuris, you said your squat has increased to 528x5…how bout your bench or deadlift…what do they look like now, I’m guessing much higher? (if not the bench, definaetly the deadlift)

Not quite, u see i got nasty trauma on my left chest about a month ago, using all kinds of medicine to keep me on regular routine, so i am not going for records there for now…

About deadlift, those 250kg i lifted was with ties (i tie my hands to the bar), donno how its called in English, and i don’t think i can lift it with bare hands, i can’t hold it, so im not putting any weight on till i can lift my records with bare hands… so im working on my forearms at the moment, to get them strong enough.
straps.

Good job, looking huge.

yuris congrats on all you have done thus far. i gave you a 10 on ranking

crazy! id give you a 10! your 19? hows that possible? even with every p.e.d under the sun that would still be unbelievable! good work!

one big dude for 19!

I disagree. All though hormonal factors play a part in the anabolism that teenage males can experience, I think that it is mostly due to other factors. When in the late teens and early twenties, “we” oftentimes tend to have different priorities.

Those who don’t work full-time can put more energy into training and recovery in addition to having peers with similar goals. When you’re 30 years old and working in an office, the guy on the computer next to you won’t really give a shit what you squatted in your last workout.

In high school and college there is still a level of social pressure and expectation, particularly if many of your friends are lifters themselves.

People in this certain age group (I’m still a part of it) are hungry for many things and believe that they have big futures whereas “older folk” may be more likely to view their abilities and potential as limited. Call it self-delusion of the young, but that is an essential quality of building a formidable physique and athlete.

If you look at the Olympia or even WSM, many of the best competitors are in their late thirties at least.

To the OP, nice work. It probably wouldn’t have hurt to wait longer on the juice, but that is your own decision, and either way, you’ve made some fantastic gains which I’m sure you’ve put in the work to deserve.

I’m not sure why age is the impressive part, I mean most people make their best strength and size gains in high school/college. I started lifting at 18 and have begun to surpass people who started in their 20’s but lifted longer. Its much easier to get strong younger. He has made great progress in his like 7 years of lifting, but the age isn’t what is impressive to me.
reminds me of a young Viator.

Would you mind posting pics from when you were 16 or 17? I’m 16 now and were the same height.

What weight did you start at, what were your lifts then? Just any info? I only ask because I’m really impressed by your physique and I am hoping I have a shred of a hope to look that good by the time I’m 19-20.

Good build, bro.

Right now to be really competitive you need lots of mass. So concentrate on the powerlifts while pumping the showy muscles and gain more mass. Then cut down for the bodybuilding and you will do some serious damage.

Can’t believe you didn’t chase any girls all summer. You said you just lifted, ate, slept, and watch TV !!! LOL !
Your country produces some all the way big dudes, but more importantly some stunning woman.

Where do you train ? Public gym? School gym?

You inspire me to eat and be BIG. Great work, I hope when I have been lifting for six years like you have I’ll have your development.

If I would have been your size at 19, I’d be giving Jay Cutler a run for his money now.

F*ck me side ways and call me Uncle but face wank dish - You’re a bloody big 19 year old. Well done to you fella.

Reminds me of myself when I was that age… Erm, okay I may be lying!!

AAS or not… u have one killer body there. These pussies here bagging u for using ASS are only saying that behind their Computer screens and big nerd glasses, In person u could squash them like the bugs that they are :stuck_out_tongue: good job again
