18yo Pls Rate Me


Hi, this is how I look now, I think it is quite good base for intermediate routines. Which parts do you think I should focus on?

My height: 181cm
weight: 79kg, 174pounds

bench: 100kg, 220pounds
Squat: 140kg, 308pounds
DL: 120kg, 264pounds

All of them. I’d say you look fairly well balanced so I would add mass all round, depending on what your goals are.

Deadlift more. The fact thats its only 20kg more then your bench is pretty stupid.

Thanks, my goal is to add more mass, DL is low because of my poor grip, don´t know how to improve it.

Start lifting weights and start eating. Both help when trying to add muscle.

work forearms? wrist curls etc… I found that it really improved my grip… but I could be wrong… my forearms are skinny as fuck but somehow i can deadlift 295 4 or 5 times… .with the uhh… alternated grip… i don’t know what its called.

do you just do the hands over grip? or one hand under one hand over

You really squatting to parallel? Squating more than you dead is a bit odd.

Squatting to parallel still wouldn’t even count as a rep, in my opinion. Ass to the grass.

  2. Eat a ton of red meat, quality carbs, and drink whole milk.

  3. I don’t care what you 1/4 squat. Work on your deep squats/deads.
