what do i need to improve on besides abs since that is a given. I’m 5’10 185-190 lbs 21 years old.

.
just keep on training dude, and you can see results dramatically. ![]()
Where’s the wheels? Read the stickies.
WHERE ARE THE LEGS!!!
Very good triceps as seen in the back view. As for overall advice, keep training sensibly with good nutrition…no gear, good food, easy on the BS supplements. Don’t do any crazy kamikaze training, just slow, steady progress as you fill out fully in the next two or three years. Do not bulk and end up looking like a fat powerlifter or football star.
Do not starve yourself thinking you can ‘cut up’ thereby loosing all your hard-earned muscle. You have a generally smooth physique which I would bet is genetic and which you are stuck with. You are not like guys who show veins and abs all over the place after just a few months of working out. No big deal, you have no serious weak points…but for every hour you spend on upper body spend an hour on lower body.
IMO, of course, since you asked.

a few good things here i see potential bro
good lat insertions from the front, but you gotta fix the posing, pull them lats out for people to see
good area right now
arms,
areas to balance out to match arms
chest-defintly needs work
the whole back-the whole thing add lots of size you got great insertions running form the lat and a great base, now build some serious mass with rows, pullups ect
shoulder are lacking slightly compared to arms
arms are the strongpoint right now, and dpeending on the photo the traps i cant really see well
Bro your ~3.5 average is bullshit. I gave you a 6 and here’s why. Sure 10 can Antoine Vaillant or someone of that caliber of godliness, but seriously people don’t look like that.
You’ll be an 7 when you get some more slabs of meat on that back, that shit is whack right now.
Get an 8 when you get some abs (you’re just chubby, not ab-less, just do cardio its simple enough)
from there on out its beast mode, good luck
Heavy dumbbell rows. Twice a week. For six weeks. After that? My god you’ll be a monster.
Damn, do you know what your arms measure?
