183 LBS 6'0


I’m currently half way through a bulk. I started out at 168 after an unfortunate summer as far as weightlifting goes. I reached my goal of 180 by October then ran into some shoulder injury trouble that slowed down upper body work. I’m just coming back from that now. Next goal is 190 by christmas, 200 by end May (health permitting)

My lifts are
DL 435 straps (415 raw)
Squat 350 belted (340 non)
Bench 235

Diet wise I’m aiming for 4500-5000 calories a day, little less on off days.
BF% don’t care, not important.

Obvious weak points… Wheels(especially sweep), chest, calves(I’m sure you’ll take my word on it).
Come onnnn higher than a 4!

you’re doing fine, keep trucking. Better frame than most here, so you’ve got good potential.
You just posted your pictures too early on the forum.

The pictures aren’t to brag they’re to be held accountable for this bulk.
Given other rankings on here I still think 3.3 is low! I’d give myself a very low 4.

I agree with tribunaldude. Back is your strong point though and the back double bicep pose looks quite impressive.

Please ease up on the barbell bench pressing. Your shoulders massively overpower your chest. It sucks that you let it get that far.

Low incline dumbell press and cable work.

I have to add that using straps isnt considered un-raw.

What does your diet look like? Is it completely clean? Carbs at night? Any supplements?

Bonez I just wanted to throw up another picture to confirm you are in fact correct about my shoulders. I think you are right though, I’ve never had success growing my chest, and have huge mobility issues in regards to my shoulders. This pic is off a better camera so hopefully its more indicative of the severity of the issue.

Singh, I’ll give a more detailed breakdown a little later on tonight but in brief. Try for 4500-5000 a day, About 1500 of those cals are from weight gainer, I try for as much food as possible but if I can’t reach my goal with food I will with a second shake.
Supplements are Fish oil (5-6 caps a day), Glucosamine/MGM/Sulfate pills, about 4 a day. And Iso-mass which has Glutamine and Creatine in it, about 700 cals a serving but I throw in an extra scoop.

Again I’ll give a better answer later. Cheers guys I appreciate the ratings.
