Ok, I’m not going to bust your balls anymore. Follow Bonez recommendation. If you’re able to see an endocrinologist, that’s the way to go. Get a full hormonal panel done if you haven’t already, including free test and estrogen. Post the results here and we’ll give you a better assessment.
A few questions if you don’t mind answering:
1.) What is a typical days diet for you?
2.) On average, how much sleep do you get a night?
3.) Are you currently lifting weights? Playing sports?
4.) Are you currently in school? Working? Both?
5.) You mentioned low sex drive. Do you have any erectile issues? (Serious question. You’re 18: If you’re not getting a hard-on at least once a day, that’s unusual.)

I think this picture of me should tell you all you need to know about if I have low testosterone or not. (I look like this AFTER working out, playing sports(wrestling), and eating properly)
You should repost over in the trt section. Guys in there have a lot of knowledge and info. Especially ksman. BEfore you begin something like trt find out WHY your test is low if you can. It may be something as simple as low vit d, thyroid problems, diet… Eat lots of healthy fats, take a vit d supplement, do some squats and see if that helps your problem.
Remember, trt is a last resort! Do you wanna give yourself a shot every week for the next 50 years? cost is really not an issue if you have insurance. I pay about $10 for 3-4 month supply of test cyp.
