You need to sign up for Fitday.com. It’s free. It keeps track of your food intake for each day. Just eyeballing your intake today and it looks like you might be hitting 1500 calories. MAYBE. I mean your breakfast is around 270 calories. That should be way higher. I try to make that the biggest meal I can. My average breakfast is on average between 875-1200 calories.

Oh, don’t be afraid of the occasional cheeseburger…or five.

I’d personally recommend eating good food, but a LOT more of it. Increase your calories slow, or you’ll pack on needless amounts of fat. Maybe 500 cals/week until your lifts start increasing steadily each session. If your lifts stagnate, increase your calories. If you start getting too fat, decrease them slightly.

Sign up at fitday.com, and measure yourself every 2 weeks; adjust your diet as needed.

Make sure your workout doesn’t suck.

I need to lose the small bit of fat around my stomach and bulk up, a LOT.
“havnt lifted consistently thoughout my life” no shit sherlock

try eating a couple pounds of meat, a plate of brown rice, a gallon of milk, some olive oil and fish oil and 100 or so grams of peanuts a day and then you’ll learn what fast metabolism and eat a lot is.

oh and basically… you have no muscle so im giving you a 1.

Lay off the roids buddy. What are you taking them by the bucket?

no, I was asking for advice
seems like coming to a fucking bodybuilding site for advice about bodybuilding is a bad idea
the bad idea was to post on RMP asking advice when your place is the beginner forum.

I hope you’re good at guitar.

you look like a total pussy… especially with the excess body fat around the mid section… you should try lipozene

I skipped everything that has been written so far just so i could post really quick…

Do ALL of this everyday…TWICE everyday. You need 7-8 SOLID meals consisting of good protein AND carbs. Just when you think you’ve eaten enough…and your full…EAT SOME MORE, at least till you cant move or feel like puking…seriously.

Thats MY story and I’m stickin to it :stuck_out_tongue:

Look…I have NEVER been skinny like you…ever…in fact I started lifting weights as a fatty with puffy nipples…and you know at first as most here will attest when I started posting here…I was very confused about my goals. I wanted to be huge but I wanted to be ripped…and I hindered progress by jumping back and forth. YOU HAVE IT SO MUCH BETTER…SKINNY KIDS HAVE IT SO MUCH BETTER…all you have to worry about is eating everything and anything and lifting heavy shit…you have so much room to gain fat.

Its obvious you are conflicted about your goals whether you know it or not. You want to get big…then in the same breath you are worried about fat on your stomach (which is non existent). I’m going to be nice and explain to you what I ate when I actually decided I didn’t care and all I wanted was to be bigger and stronger.

6 am - whey protein shake immediately upon waking.
630 am - 6 eggs…including yolk…cup of oatmeal, wheat toast.
9 am - 2 chicken breast with rice and beans
noon - ground beef with array of veggies made in olive oil
2pm - fast food…ussually taco bell…spicy chicken burrito, quesadilla, beef and potato burrito.
5- pre workout…protein shake and carbs of some sort
7 - post workout Surge
9 - steak with array of vegetables in olive oil

I also ate ALOT of moes…but it became expensive…I liked the joey bag of donuts steak…which is a HUGE burrito packed with steak rice beans. And yes it was common for me to eat taco bell…alot…unhealthy as it is. EXPECT TO GAIN SOME FAT!..I did this at a bodyfat where my abs ALREADY were not visible…I got alot stronger…and alot bigger. DO THAT…LIFT HEAVY WEIGHTS. I use to do sets of 8 but then started doing like 5x5 …squat deadlift bench rows pullups dips are staples. THIS WAS ALL INFO YOU COULD HAVE FOUND USING THE SEARCH AND THE BEGINNERS THREAD!!! INSTEAD OF POSTING PICS IN A RATING THREAD!!! Goodluck.

Yes, and I’m sure you did not post your sloppy newbiness pics on RMP for all to barf over. If I’m wrong and you did, well then, you are a statistic of many retards like this “ultiplaya.”

LOL, this thread is hilarious.

Looking at your diet eat whole foods, and eat some damn protein. Dead animals. Lots of them. And what the fuck is a “munchkin”??? Whatever it is, it doesn’t sound like it can be good for you.

Munchkins are those little guys from the Land of Oz. A bit stringy, especially the adults, but a decent source of protein and they go pretty well with the bagel.

People seriously need to start lifting weights.

LOL

I’m going to go ahead and assume none of you have ever encountered a Dunkin’ friggin Donuts in your lives? lol

Serioussly, to the OP, you’ve got a solid 10-15oz of fat to lose…I’d get on that quick. You wouldn’t want to have to go up to a size medium shirt.
