Listen,the only way that YOU are gonna get a little admiration is if you start eating and doing HEAVY,full ROM compound movements for 1…make that 2 years and then use THAT PICTURE for a BEFORE and post a new one for the AFTER ! Good Luck…

This is a great site for advice, it really is. 1morerep’s suggestion of checking out the beginner forum is not an insult, it’s a good suggestion.
This is the “rate my physique” section. If you’re a beginner looking for advice, why would you want your physique to be rated? Don’t let the response you got here turn you off from this site, but take it as a lesson.
For now, read articles, ask questions, and learn. You need to increase the size of everything. You do not have to worry about reducing fat. Seriously.
Read, ask, learn, and train. In a year, find this thread, and bump it with an update photo that impresses us all. Until then, please don’t ask to have your physique rated. It’s silly.

I think he can make some solid gains very quickly if he actually starts eating, and works correspondingly hard.

If you ate a lot, you would be bigger.
If you ate too much, you would be muscular and fat.
You aren’t #1, and you aren’t #2.
It doesn’t matter how much you eat, if it isn’t enough for your metabolism and level of physical activity. But you may find it useful to write out what you eat in a day. I’ll give you my thoughts on it, as I’m sure will others.
Work on getting to 200lbs first then beyond after that. A lot of it needs to involve a higher protein diet more calories with proper carbohydrates at specific times tho you may do fine with just slow carbs throughout the day and fast carbs after meals ~ You need some meat ~

Seriously though. Thats not a lot of food. Add some more eggs to breakfast, eat the cream cheese on the bagel, add a steak to dinner, a potato or yam with lunch and/ or dinner, have 3 more pb sandwiches. Add some spinach, broccoli, sweet potatoes and meat, meat, meat.
I’m putting you no higher than 2500 kcal so far (although I have no idea wtf munchkins are, and I am basically calling them 500kcal, total). Not considering that this is how much people eat when they are dieting, it’s worth mentioning that you’ve probably had less than 120 grams of protein so far, and a huge chunk of that is incomplete (grain protein without a matching legume). And a lot of those are empty calories.
Did you have anything else with the pasta (meat sauce?), or just the noodles? Was the pasta white? How about the bread?
