Go to FitDay.com. Knowing your caloric intake is the key to gaining mass. You’ll never know if you’re eating enough for your goals otherwise. How empty/full your stomach is isn’t a good indicator. Also pick a good lifting program, obviously.

This can be a bad place to try and get advice because 90% of people on here are rude or wannabe comedians. Do basic movements like bench,squats,deadlifts. Eat plenty of healthy food, get adequate rest and stay focused. Don’t worry about any supplements at your stage in the game. Good Luck!
listen, you HAVE to go to fitday.com seriously. I couldn’t figure out why I was a beanpole, I thought I was eating a lot and getting plenty of protein (I was 5 10 and about 170). I actually got a copy of the fitday program and tracked myself for a couple weeks…I was getting about 2400 calories and MAYBE 100 grams of protein per day.
O man, sorry but that was a bit funny. But - listen and I am just gonna repeat what has been said before. You are a young man, you are thin, no noticible fat at all to worry about. When I started lifting 20 years ago, I was just like you (thin) at 135 pounds.
I ate and I ate and I ate, and I lifted and lifted and lifted and now I am at 200 pounds and working to burn fat off… I’m a reasonably fit guy, but no where near ready to have my physique(sp) rated by anyone on this site. You have to suck it up, and realize that amidst the harshness of this thread… you have been given golden advice.
If you can be mature enough to ignore the silliness and focus on the gold… you may, in a couple of years, be amazed at the progress you’ve made. Now stop eating those damn munchkins, and go get some weight gainer.

6 am - whey protein shake immediately upon waking.

2pm - fast food…ussually taco bell…spicy chicken burrito, quesadilla, beef and potato burrito.
5- pre workout…protein shake and carbs of some sort
7 - post workout Surge
9 - steak with array of vegetables in olive oil
I also ate ALOT of moes…but it became expensive…I liked the joey bag of donuts steak…which is a HUGE burrito packed with steak rice beans. And yes it was common for me to eat taco bell…alot…unhealthy as it is. EXPECT TO GAIN SOME FAT!..I did this at a bodyfat where my abs ALREADY were not visible…I got alot stronger…and alot bigger. DO THAT…LIFT HEAVY WEIGHTS. I use to do sets of 8 but then started doing like 5x5 …squat deadlift bench rows pullups dips are staples. Most everyone on this thread has some very good advice. If it were me, I wouldn’t even worry about the fat content of the foods you’re eating right now. With your physique right now, you need to be eating until you’re about to puke. When you feel fine again, eat some more until you’re about to puke. Stick to high carbs and atleast 50g of protein each meal. I’d say do this for 5 or 6 meals but you need about 7 or 8 a day. Get up nice and early, put on a decent 80’s Arnold film, keep eating.
When you’re at school, pack a lunch and don’t let the chodes influence you that you need to have a 6 pack to look good. That’s what posers at the gym do and I don’t want you to be one of those. In all seriousness, until you start listening instead of telling people who are more experienced than you to “fuck off”, you’ll never have a respectable physique. Best of luck with your goals.
